Three Core Technologies

The three core technologies allow us to challenge infinite possibilities.
Development of the “silk/hemp packing” technology provided momentum for the establishment of Nikki. With this key technology as its foundation, our company has pursued technological superiority in three core sectors: “polymer product manufacture,” “friction material manufacture,” and “precision machinery assembly.”

In the field of functional polymer materials, we, as a specialized maker of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and other fluoroplastic-applied products, have the completely in-house integrated manufacturing system, and have been providing the products that meet the needs of advanced industries, including the semiconductor manufacturing field.

In the field of FRP production based upon our unique woven technology, we have been manufacturing a variety of highly reliable products, such as clutch facings, which were adopted by all automobile manufactures in Japan.

And in the field of precision machinery assembly, our company is highly regarded as a leading assembler of machinery for plastic injection molding. Using these three core technologies as our new basis, we will continue to pursue the possibility of more advanced technologies.
